As the founder of Ignite Business, I’m wired to lead change by empowering people. Transformation leadership is in my DNA and at the core of everything I do.
It’s why I’m passionate about customer and employee experience (EX and CX), and these have been my focus for years, helping organizations generate results through a clear, shared vision and elevated collaboration.
My workshops and training sessions are a starting point for creating a movement in any organization and are delivered in a way that captivates the imaginations and triggers transformation for all who attend.

In addition to being Customer Experience Certified, I have 18 years of experience in change management, supply-chain, project management and operations.
I hold an executive MBA, am fluent in three languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese), and have international business experience working in the U.S., Switzerland, Spain, and Brazil. I also mentor women in business and spirituality.
I call my speaking style activational because I believe investing in inspirational or motivational talks that neglect a real action plan for transformation and forward motion is a waste of money. My commitment to my audiences is tangible, actionable value.

I am passionate about the gospel and in 2022, I had the privilege of visiting Kenya and learning within an amazing community of people who have become my friends. During this trip, I also had the opportunity to talk to the future of Kenya — it’s kids.
